Introduction

Used for rapid determination of carbon equivalent (CEL), carbon content (C%), and chromium content (Cr%) in medium to high chromium cast iron melt during furnace operations. Non-professionals can operate it after simple training; equipped with multiple detection lines (i.e., material or product names, which users can add arbitrarily according to their company's actual situation). Selecting the appropriate detection line for different grades of molten iron and the specific conditions of each factory can make the test results more accurate.

2. After composition determination, the system automatically calculates the adjustment amount of alloy additions based on the target values of carbon and chromium content preset by the user;

Special Features

After composition determination, users can modify the target values of carbon and chromium content according to product requirements to recalculate the adjustment amount of alloy additions, making the adjusted molten iron composition better meet product requirements.
